Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from QRTrader.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

• the item is unused

• the item is in its original condition

• the item has not been applied or installed

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

• the sticker has been applied, installed, or used in any way

• the product has been damaged during installation

• the QR code was created using incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong link or text)

Installation responsibility

Customers are responsible for applying the sticker correctly.
We are not liable for issues arising from:

• incorrect surface preparation

• improper installation

• damage during application

We recommend carefully following installation instructions before applying your sticker.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
